The New West US and China Education Alliance is committed to promoting Chinese government education authorities and secondary schools or institutions of higher learning to

jointly organize international schools or international education classes with well-known American high schools and universities, so as to help Chinese students attend their ideal American high schools or universities and colleges, and help Chinese students to not only realize their dream of studying in the US, but also obtain undergraduate, graduate and bachelor’s and master’s degree certificates recognized by the world, including the Chinese Ministry of Education.

The New West US and China Education Alliance has a cooperation architecture with more than 30 famous universities in the United States and more than 60 Chinese well-known university alumni associations in North America. It has established a number of international schools for Sino-American communications in Fujian and Liaoning. Harvard Medical School and New York University will also jointly open medical schools with Chinese medical universities to train various senior medical and nursing talents.

The New West US and China Education Alliance is one of the subordinate agencies of the World Culture & Art Alliance (World Culture Alliance for short). The alliance is a non-profit social organization established according to law and under strict scrutiny by the U.S. government and education authorities, and it is headquartered in New York, the world’s capital of culture and art. Adhering to the tenet of “world cultural and artistic union, uniting world culture and art”, the alliance  serves wholeheartedly the exchange and development of world cultural, artistic and educational circles. It is a bridge and link that unites the strengths of all circles and for win-win cooperation.

The alliance is also a service institution that promotes American and Chinese educational institutions, middle schools and universities to jointly open international education classes, it is specialized in serving Chinese students studying in the United States. The staffs are all graduate and doctoral students with years or decades of work experience or personal experience. They are dedicated and have strong sense of responsibility and high profession degree. The success rate of the alliance applying for famous overseas universities is over 95%.

Chinese agents can cooperate with the American agencies in the following names:

1) They can participate in the World Culture & Art Alliance and the New West US and China Education Alliance. According to the applicant’s situation and the needs of the cooperative project, they can hold the position of director, deputy secretary general, vice-chairman or co-chairman.

2) They can establish the China (Regional) Branch of the World Culture & Art Alliance and the New West US and China Education Alliance and hold the position of chairman or vice-chairman of the branch.

3) They can establish the China (Regional) Business Division of the World Culture & Art Alliance and the New West US and China Education Alliance and hold the position of general manager or relevant position.

4) They can newly establish China (Regional) Studying Abroad Service Co., Ltd., a Chinese-funded or Sino-US joint venture, and hold the position of chairman or general manager, and become fully responsible for the business in China.

  1. Ways of cooperation:

The American and Chinese parties are respectively responsible for various businesses to be handled in the United States and China within the scope of the cooperative project. In the United States, the American party handles the business, and in China, the Chinese party handles the business. Both parties provide necessary legal procedures and information for each other to handle the business of the cooperative project.

III. Contents of the cooperative project:

  2. Promote the United States and China to jointly openinternational classes in middle schools and universities, andserve students in batches to go to study in the United States.
