Relying on its own strength, combined with the strong capital, technology and resources superiority of WSCG NY Capital Group, Kono Group and GBA, Yu An Tai has set the general goal of five-year listing and ten-year development of the company in view of the new pattern of urban construction, the new demand of humanistic residence and the new development of general aviation. The investment and construction covers fields such as humanistic residence, aerospace, high and new technology, international education, medical treatment and public health, cultural recreation and so on.

According to the development demand of China’s general aviation market in the next 5 to 10 years, we have put forth effort to build the intensive operation mode of the core industry chain of general aviation, which is with “safety as the cornerstone and products as the main part”. We have constructed and developed 5 to 10 characteristic general aviation towns in China, and provided China’s general aviation target customers with general aviation planning and advanced and applicable general aviation air vehicles that represent the world’s most advanced level.

Yu An Tai also lays out China’s general aviation industry according to China’s specific national features. It is now negotiating with well-known aircraft manufacturers in the United States and the EU on the establishment of internationally known general aviation aircraft manufacturing bases in China. Furthermore, it has established special WSCG tercel series aircraft agent system in more than 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. The sales model adopts “provincial level agent”, which is supplemented by company direct selling and sales representatives. In terms of sales aid, Yu An Tai has established 6S stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Anhui, and set up 6S centers in China. WSCG Kono Tercel (Dongting Lake) General Aviation Cultural and Tourist Town: The initial investment is planned to be 5 billion yuan, the total land area to be developed is 5 square kilometers, the dedicated water area is 5 square kilometers and the expected output value is over 100 billion yuan.

3. WSCG Kono Tercel (Ningxia) General Aviation Spa Town: The initial investment is planned to be 5 billion yuan, the total land area to be developed is about 5 square kilometers, the dedicated water area is 2 square kilometers and the expected output value is over 50 billion yuan.

4. WSCG Kono Tercel (Lacey) General Aviation Tourist Town: The initial investment is planned to be 5 billion yuan, the land area to be developed is 5 square kilometers, the dedicated water area is 2 square kilometers, and the expected output value is over 60 billion yuan.

5. WSCG Kono Tercel(Yangma Island) General Aviation Tourist Town: The initial investment is planned to be 5 billion yuan, the land area to be developed is 13 square kilometers, the dedicated water area is 6 square kilometers, and the expected output value is over 50 billion yuan.
